Catherine uses different meditation techniques designed to promote relaxation, build internal energy and develop compassion, love, patience, generosity and forgiveness. They are easy to follow, fun, rejuvenating and leave attendees uplifted, calm and invigorated.
During meditation classes attendees learn how to distance themselves from their busy mind to perform better at work, be more at peace to focus during the day and sleep better at night.
Breathwork is a cyclical breathing technique that allows you to get into a meditative state. It gives you access to the spirit world as well as to the wisdom stored in your body. Your mind may have suppressed memories of trauma, however the body remembers – even across past lives. Only when an individual chooses to look at the imbalances in the body will the breath be able to bring energetic balance back to places that are stuck – bringing about a sense of wellbeing, inner peace and spaciousness in body and mind.
At times it may be difficult to remove past hurt from your body. That’s when tapping into the spiritual world for extra support is beneficial. Helping spirits can offer additional guidance and insights as to what you need to let go of and what you need to let in, to fully heal.

How it works
A session runs for approximately 90 minutes. The technique involves participants first relaxing and then breathing to music slightly deeper and faster than normal. Deep breathing is a doorway to a deeper state of awareness. At the end of a session clients report a range of results from simply feeling more positive about their lives to having an entirely new perspective.
